Profile
Manage your personal account details.
Your Appentic account is tied to your Google identity, so most profile fields (name, email, avatar) are inherited from Google and update automatically when you change them there. Anything you do see on the profile page in Appentic is either an override on top of the Google defaults or a preference that only makes sense inside Appentic.
Display name and avatar
From Settings → Profile, you can override the display name Appentic shows you in the UI, and set a custom avatar if you don't want to use the one Google has for you. Overrides are local to Appentic: they don't affect your Google profile.
Email preferences
From Settings → Notifications, pick which events generate email notifications:
- Deploy success and failure. Useful when you're iterating on a production service and want to know when a build lands.
- Billing events. Invoices, payment failures, credit-balance warnings.
- Alert thresholds. When a metric you've set an alert on is breached.
- Team invitations. When someone invites you to a new workspace.
You can turn any of these off without losing visibility: the same events are always visible in the dashboard and in your audit log.
Deleting your account
To delete your account permanently, email support@appentic.com. You'll receive confirmation once your workspaces, services, and resources have been destroyed. Deletion is not reversible, so before you email us, make sure you've exported anything you want to keep (database dumps, generated assets, audit logs).
