Frequently asked questions

Your questions answered.
What languages and runtimes are supported?
Appentic supports Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and Docker out of the box. We auto-detect your runtime from your repo contents. If we find a Dockerfile, package.json, requirements.txt, or pyproject.toml, we know what to do.
How does deployment work?
Connect your GitHub repo and Appentic handles the rest. Every push triggers a build, packages your app into a container, and deploys it with automatic TLS. You can also trigger manual deploys or roll back to any previous version.
What databases are available?
We offer managed PostgreSQL 16, with tiers ranging from a shared micro instance ($15/mo) up to a 4 vCPU / 15 GB instance ($277/mo). Connection credentials are automatically injected into your web service environment.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The free tier gives you one web service that scales to zero when idle. Free services are reset nightly, making them perfect for testing and experimentation. No credit card required.
What kind of monitoring is included?
Every service comes with built-in analytics: request volume, response times (p50/p95/p99), error rates, and CPU/memory utilization. You also get real-time log streaming, an event timeline, and a web-based terminal, all without installing anything.
